Strategic Action Planning

While many cookie cutter approaches to strategic planning are built upon assumptions that the qualities and characteristics of all agencies and the communities they serve are the same, we commit ourselves to treating each process uniquely and as an opportunity to position agencies for future success based upon their realities.

The process is a way to integrate staff, other stakeholders and business principles in building a pathway to organizational effectiveness. Our job is to enable organizations to think in a way that causes action, to support them in creating new contexts in which improvement, new methods, capacities and standards are a natural occurrence, and to help them in creating and aligning with a shared future. Our work with customer organizations is grounded in three guiding principles.

  3. Enhancing accountability

Customer organizations act as co-leads during the process enhancing staff engagement and buy-in. We are a fully invested and committed partner providing coaching, education and expert guidance to support the process and its outputs and outcomes.
